EVENT PROMOTION

As you know, there are many benefits that come with third party, promotional media to support your event.

We understand that most community fundraisers are held by non-profit groups and charities run by volunteers which is why deferring production costs to sponsors and advertisers who understand the benefits of successful community events is a necessity.

Event Segments are eye catching segments made from the highlights of your event, filmed and edited by highly experienced media professionals.

Event segments start at $500 (plus tax).

This cost can be divided into two sponsorships if needed with a $50 processing fee for each sponsor.

Some travelling fees may apply.

PLACEMENTS:

Your sponsorship comes with a number of placements for exposure.

• This promotional event segment will be released up to 36 hours after the event with full sharing and embedding options.
• Benefit from being verbally mentioned in the segment and your logo shown on the lower 3rd graphic, as well as listed on the event web page.
• Be lauded by your community and event organizers for providing professional, promotional media.
