Glooscap Landing Opening Ceremonies
Everyone was welcome to attend Glooscap Landing's Grand Opening May 16th 2018.
This event included a few words from a number of key players from Glooscap First Nation, the Nova Scotia Government and NS Power.
NS Power President Karen Hutt announced the opening of an Electric Vehicle “Fast Charge” station at GL.
The festivities included a smudging ceremony, a barbeque, some prizes, and a ribbon cutting!
Glooscap Landing is a highway retail business centre located at Exit 8A on Highway 101 in Kings County, Nova Scotia.
The 26-acre plot of land is entrenched in the history and legends of Glooscap, a Mi’kmaq spiritual leader.
