Parent Chats – Katie MacNeil and 4H
This episode features 4H Nova Scotia and the excellent youth programs that are available and dedicated to developing young Canadians, encouraging them to become responsible members of society.
Ken talks to Katie MacNeil who is from Antigonish Nova Scotia and has been a member of the 4-H program for 11 years. She is the current Youth Advisory Committee member of 4-H NS and is the chair of the Members Voice Committee. She currently attends St.FX University and is studying a Bachelor of Health Science. Katie attributes many of her skills and successes to the 4-H program and is thankful for all of the opportunities it has given her.
